Governance
The ODAI governance will address, revise and refine the following items repeatedly at different intervals. ODAI Officers, Advisers and Committee members will work together as overseers, organizers and regulators for ODAI. Detailed formal structure will be determined after the committee is officially formed.A few tidbits update:
- Project Life Span (pre-determined by Project group)
- The Reiterative Method (pending copyrighted - ODAI)
- Licensing (work-in-progress)
- Patent infringements (need a CLEAR definition and a CLEAR declaration as By-Laws)
- Name recognition for Contributors (Original owner of the material and all valid contributors' name/profile together with his/her contributions will be recorded 'permanently' if so authorized by the original owners and valid contributors)
- ODAI Officers, Advisers, and Committee members (being formed)
